Not sure what mod is easier to patch, but as the item is from Belt sorter, I'll report the bug here first.

Error loading mods (game ver 1.0.0)

Failed to load mods: Error while loading item prototype "belt-sorter1" (item): Must have a fuel_value when fuel_acceleration_multiplier, fuel_top_speed, fuel_emissions_multiplier, or fuel_glow_color are used.
Modifications: Belt sorter > Nicer Fuel Glow > Stack Size Info

Mods to be disabled:
- beltSorter (0.7.0)
- NicerFuelGlow (1.0.12)
- Stack-Size-Info (0.18.1)

Note:
- NicerFuelGlow (1.0.12)
- Stack-Size-Info (0.18.1)
work fine together.

I have same issue:
