Perhaps also allow the bacteria to cultivate on Gleba, you would still need to import heavy oil to keep them alive right?
Slipstack Agriculture provides a much more compelling stone cultivation method, IMO. Still considering your thought, but it doesn't strike me as particularly complementary to Gleba's resource chain.
