Adds a few extra features to bring bacteria beyond Gleba, including a new stone bacteria found on Fulgora.

Changes:
- When Fulgora Extended's chemical muck is present, stone bacteria filtration and cultivation now uses it instead of heavy oil, with a higher carbon yield.
- In this alternate mode, cultivation with heavy oil remains available, but is a Nauvis-exclusive alternate recipe with the original carbon yield.
