well, the issue is im trying to somewhat better organize a 10k science multiplier run with extra 40 quality levels to mitigate the pain a bit. but then quality gets quite painful with getting 10 different quality outputs so i tried organizing them with this (or any other mod) by simplifying it a bit. the problem with the upcycler mod is, while nice in theory, the removal of quality as a whole makes getting to the 45th quality level prohibitively expensive as i cant skip stages like that.
with this mod it works better as i can skip like standard and sink unwanted side qualities into the sink to merge them into one i am trying to use as a base. the issue with this is that a 10k science multiplier means at least 1 million spm base with likely millions of items going through the sink every minute. thats just not doable the way it is, unfortunately. so far the sink mod looks more like its good for a slow trickle of high quality items in a personal mall but not so much for heavy modded high throughput playthroughs.
i managed to increase the storage size for myself and will try it out if thats enough to get is workable but if not i guess i will try to look for something else or do something different.
