Adds a configurable option to increase ammo that is loaded by inserters. In version 0.0.3 with Factorio Version 2.1 - you also have the option to increase the number of slots for Ammo turrents, so you can load two types of ammo at a time.

Adds a startup option to set the amount of ammo inserters load into Gun Turrets, Rocket Turrets and Railgun Turrets.
By default only 10 magazines/rockets are loaded by inserters into turrets. Now you can set a higher value to ensure you are locked and loaded and ready for what ever comes your way.
