I have found out that in my current aai-industry + Krastorio2-spaced-out + lots of other mods, the "glass" is not quite consistent. I've seen you have the aai glass in the recipe, optionally, but it is not the "kr-glass" and the krastro compat has not replaced it with its version. By adding these lines to the recipe.lua I have a quick fix:
if glass_item == "glass" and mods["Krastorio2-spaced-out"] then
glass_item = "kr-glass"
end
It is not fancy but it does the trick.
