Thank you for setting up this modpack but we ran into a circular dependency which we cannot resolve.
For Science Pack 4 we need lithium-ion batteries which need cobalt oxide. Cobalt oxide is only available through 4 recipes, 2 of which show in FNEI only with the disabled option "Use only available recipes".

In the screenshot are the 4 FNEI recipes. The Chemical Furnace or Steel Chemical Furnace do not have the recipes (as shown from FNEI by a red title). The 4th recipes looks like its the one that should be used first but is not accessible.
The other 2 recipes need Advanced Cobalt Processing 2 wich needs Science Pack 4.
Is that a bug or did we miss something? We updated to version 0.16.64 and the problem still persists.
