so today i started up the game and all my loaders stopped loading on all fronts, ammo, fuel, everything. i turned on the Debug to console and it just kept pinging back "providing 0 slots" over and over and over again even with turrets right next to a loader.

i combed through my mod list for quite a while turning mods on and off again until i narrowed it down to AAI, combed through that group and turns out "AAI Industry" was updated a few days ago, low and behold, i turn it off and all the loaders start working again. (all the other AAI mods work just fine and dont break the loaders)

i have no idea what the update could have broken but thats the only one i have to turn off to get everything working again, never broke the loaders until now.

i actually dont know how to link save files, and searching online really isnt leading me anywhere, im sorry.

i was however able to replicate the problem and discover a different problem in sandbox mode with only Ammo Loader+ and AAI Industry turned on.

by building a single burner miner on a coal patch and having it dump into a loader, it should just keep powering itself after its primed with one coal, however nothing happens, the loader never links to the drill and never provides coal to the drill or any other drill i put down.

on the other hand, i did the same for turrets just to double check and found a different problem, if i put ammo into the loader it does give the turret ammo, but now if i put piercing ammo into the loader it does not UPGRADE the ammo in the turret, it just stays there, same for if i load the loader with uranium ammo. its very strange.

those are my definitive findings doing tests with ONLY Ammo Loader+ and AAI Industry turned on. none of the other mods i play with have caused any problems with Ammo Loader+. im sorry if im not able to be more helpful.

I was able to fix the incompatibility with AAI in the new update (1.0.1). Remember that upgrading though has research prerequisites and requires an ammo loader storage chest to be present on the map (and not full). Also make sure that the Upgrade option is checked in the mod options, as it reverts to unchecked when you start a new map.
