i sea-level rockets are tipping the scales a little

this mod rewrites the use of rockets beautifully, but makes the price of rocket parts much more expensive and lop-sided than in vanilla. The big rocket booster costs a lot more then the other components used in making the rocket, and i would like to offer three different solutions to this

-perhaps you could make sea-level rockets much smaller, perhaps 2x2 and only cost 2 or 4 steel, 1 or 2 motors, and an advanced circuit, similar to the soviet N1 rocket engines, using a bunch of small engines to get off the ground.
-another idea is make rocket silos need about five rocket parts in stead of 50 and make them need 500 rocket fuel, and oxidizer, ten low-density structures and ten circuits in addition to the rocket engine
-another idea is to make it take ten low density structures and circuits, and 500 fuel and oxidizer, but make the rocket silos have a ten-ton capacity to match the discovery space shuttle. note that this idea will make the thing in logistic requests that limits how much of one thing you can put on a rocket a lot more useful.

and in any of the above cases, it might be preferable to remove the processing units in sea-level rockets, as theyre already used in rocket parts, maybe replacing them with red circuits. this will also add room to make vacuum rockets feel more expensive and more like an upgrade.
