I see the issue, thanks for reporting. You can freely use the 1.3.7, before mutation changes for now.
I’ll have to account for cases when other mods interfere with quality/researches and adjust technologies accordingly.
I’ll either have to implement mod compatibility or fallback to some defaults (old system) to make it work.
Btw do you like the mod so far, after some playing with it?

Yeah it's much more fluid and clean than the janky agricultural tower.
