Hello there, i get a very simular error message:
Error while loading entity prototype "virtual-yumako-seed" (container): map_generator_bounding_box must be larger than or equal to collision_box.
Modifications: Agricultural Roboport

I play with mods but i dont know which mod would use "virtual-yumako-seed" :)

I’ll work around the issue, I think I’ve found the mod causing the issue: it’s the squeak through demanding some specific collision settings.
