If i have mods that totally add around 400 enemies and i want the turret to ignore just one type, i have to manually select to target 399, would be nice to have a toggle that inverts it, so it shoot on everything except what is listed, then i would just need to select one enemy, the one it shouldn't shoot.

So it works like the filter on an inserter with a whitelist/blacklist.

A filter like an inserter with a whitelist/blacklist is on Wube to implement. Turret's priority filter probably not to design to have large list.

Mods may add 400 enemies. But majority of them don't show up at the same time. Rampant adds lot of new enemies. But they are tiered, they don't all show up at once. Some mods add "reserved enemy" that don't show up during normal gameplay. You can use the presets to adjust them accordingly.

Someone suggested this before. I may try implement this only if I have nothing else in the pipeline.
