Adjustable Quality


This mod gives you the ability to adjust all the prototype options related to quality, allowing you to play the way you want. Options for all quality tiers, modules, labs, science packs, assembly machines, mining drills, insterters, capacitors, electric poles, beacons, chests, wagons, inventory grids, roboports, robots, tesla weapons, weapon range, and asteroid collectors. Options default to standard gameplay, letting you pick and choose what adjustments you make!

g Asteroid Collector Arm Count Scaling

Hey there, in the options for this mod, the setting for "Scales arm count" for the asteroid collector accepts values only within the range of 1 - 10. Could we instead allow for a range of 0.1 to 10? I enjoy interacting with hyperscaled quality in endgame, but it can make asteroid collectors a bit chaotic with too many arms when Legendary quality has a value of 10+.

I am using the circuit network to set the filter on the collectors to only grab what I need. But since they all have like 10+ arms, when the circuit flips on, they end up grabbing dozens or hundreds of that type of chunk. It would be helpful to be able to lower the arm count scaling in scenarios like this to less than 1 arm per level.

I did not check the prototype before confirming its adjustment. The property uses an integer, which will not accept a float. If I adjust this to use float it will just get truncated if you put it as a decimal. Sorry I was quick to say yes, but it turns out its not possible with how its configured in the game.
