By Rolling back to version 1.0.4 the issue was removed.

ok, looks like I need to clamp those values if you scaled it too high.
I should go through and make sure any other values that need clamps make it into this next patch.
Actually looks like this was the only one I forgot to clamp that needs it.
Found one after all :p Although I doubt it can go below 0.01, crafting energy drain needed clamp for that min.

ok, update to v2.0.53 and it should be resolved.

I checked out that configurable qualities mod and they seem to be doing an interesting method to deal with dynamically adjusting quality properties for some of the same settings I am adjusting. It has me thinking of ways I could improve on the system to make it more dynamic for people who are adding quality levels to the game.
