Bob's first tier (black) belt does not take the motor, rather the second tier (yellow) belt is, and the second tier (yellow) belt is supposed to take the first tier (black) belt but it's not, it appears the ingredient for the second tier (yellow) belt to take the first tier (black) belt was overridden by the motor, when the first tier (black) belt was supposed to take a motor instead.

Server hasn't restarted in a few days, on next restart all mods will be updated again although this looks like the latest of AAI Industries?
