Using Angel's and Bob's, and offshore pump needs electricity, but I can't get electricity, because I don't have recipe for burner things, and can't research without electricity, and don't have recipe for burner lab. :(
You can't get a burner turbine unless you research for it and you can't research it if you don't have electricity. Having your offshore pumps require electricity completely destroys your ability to research anything.
Burner labs allow you to do research without electricity. The burner lab recipe should be available from the start since it's impossible to research it.
It's possible Angel's or Bobs messed with the lab stuff and thus put the burner lab as something that needed to be researched.
