what diff with enable ingame vanilmla settings "allow far zoom" ?

Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see any settings for “Allow far zoom”.

But if the information helps you:

player.zoom_limits = {
        closest = { zoom = 6 },
        furthest_play_view = { zoom = 0.21 },
        furthest = { zoom = 1/256 }
    }

applied to all controllers

push F4, Ctrl F, "zoom" and check it

If checked I dont have have any visible effect.
with the mod, at least I know exactly what it's doing => same beavior as in 1.1 plus extra range in world view ;-)
But still, thanks for pointing out the new option to me.

zoomout can be interesting
zoom in already exists

once the box is activated, you can zoom in very, very hard on your feet until you see the pixels they're made of.
this is especially useful for contentcreators for intro/outro.

OK, but what are they supposed to show? You can't see anything other than that it has been zoomed out and it's already in the mod name and description.
but if you think it's missing screenshots feel free to send some. i will put these to the descrption
