I love this idea! Super fun.

Is there a reason you disabled allowing the built-in enemy setting customization though? It'd be great to tweak things to my liking. What settings does the mod use, out of curiosity?

To force these settings it had to be done. I intend on adding settings that can be changed in mod settings, I havent had time to finish it off yet.

There's a lot of differences, but I'll list a few main ones.
4 times slower movement speed
About a quarter of the usual health
If Zombies spot you they pretty much dont stop following
Enemy base expansion is a lot more frequent
Zombies spawn from destroyed buildings based on the raw iron and copper required to make that building

Yeah, would be great if these were options you could fiddle with.
In the past I used ZomTorio but it isn't maintained for years now. I can change values and even behaviour via a config file but it's a pain in the a$$ and increasingly difficult with everything else changing (and most likely breaking with 2.0).

Anyway, I do think zombies have too low health now, so this is what I would mainly adjust in settings. It would also be great if we had different types of zombies that could be altered individually. Haven't played much yet but I think I have seen runners? Anyway, would be great to have the occasional armoured zombie with high resistances for example.

EDIT:
Just found out that you can already do edit speed and health but only when you start a new game.

You should be able to change the speed and health at any time. It doesnt require a new game.

I need to look at the health balance a bit more to get the default to be in a better state. I might just increase the default health a bit.

The different types of zombies is a good idea. I was going to render a different look for the spitters, but something armored would be cool too.
