    - Migrated to Factorio 2.1 (factorio_version and base dependency raised to 2.1).
    - The pump recipe is now enabled in the prototype instead of by a control.lua script (which also missed forces created later). The unnecessary steel-processing unlock was removed.
    - Removed the unused hidden "water-well-flow" recipe and its recipe category, plus their locale entries.
    - Removed an accidental global variable ('scale') and properties that offshore pumps do not have.
    - Removed unused graphics (depleted and low resolution sprites), making the mod much smaller.
