Cargo bay unloading range technology

Your cargo bay complex rivals a baroque palace. In all four directions, it stretches through your factory. Through production chains, oil refineries and alongside countless train tracks, it's a symbol of your interstellar might. Your unloading bays however, seemingly appalled by your extravagance, refuse to work.

Adds an infinite technology to increase the max range from the cargo landing pad at which unloading bays still work. Base game is 59, this technology adds 10 per level.
