Filters are correctly saved to a blueprint, but not placed properly. If something with a correct filter is pasted on top of an existing chest it takes, but if it has to place the chest it does not and the chest ends up with an alt icon of four items. It can often, but not always, be resolved by clicking twice when pasting. But even then it will start out offering up the wrong stuff--if the blueprint contains something that would draw from the chest it gets something else. In my case it's typically high grade steel (and so far it has always been something from the that tab, but I don't have enough data points to rule out chance on this), but other things have shown up. It makes me suspicious of an uninitialized memory bug.

Update on this: I have no bots on Fulgora--and it behaves perfectly there.
