I'm running a game using Space Exploration, and it does not seem like trees are doing any kind of replication.
Is there any way to debug why this is the case?

Trees from Alien Biomes such as the Iceblade Konifa (https://i.imgur.com/VqK6f8z.png) don't grow, and neither do the vanilla trees placed by saplings or seed bombs. I have no vanilla trees that spawned naturally in my game, so I can't confirm whether or not those work.
