Hi
Please download the last version and try again. If the issue is still here, please give more details : What grid do you use, what options, what are the circumstances (Just placing the train doesn't do that, other people don't have this issue).

Well, it seems that default grid have been removed from Factorio.
So, I added a dependancy to Vehicle Grid, a very nice mod anyway!
Next version released soon
