Adding an environmentally friendly Object.
It's looks like wind-turbine. But, this is air-cleaner for reducing pollution.
First.
The function as pollution reducer is similar to the great MOD below.

I referred to this great MOD. (Thanks!) , My MOD is cheap, sketchy, and lower difficulty than this MOD. (no upgrade factor + low running cost)
My "Air Cleaner" spec.
energy usage = 30kW.
emissions per minute = -16/min
(As reference: electric-mining-drill(without module) is +10/min)
It needs ther filter. (filter is created from coal, iron-plate, plastic.) One filter keeps the effect for 600 seconds, after that, we have to replace it. we can recycles used filter by coal.
Note
This MOD may NOT WORK or FREEZE in TOO LARGE factory and many MODs Inclueding game.
My wind-turbine is just smelting machine on system, so I think it's light, but uncommon "minus pollution" can cause unexpected glitches.
