Are there some instructions anywhere? I can't seem to figure out how to use this...

I figured it out now, but I still think there should be some documentation somewhere, because it's an amazing tool, but it just seemed a little unintuitive to start using :)

Yeah, I agree. I did have lots of documentions before it became a mod but it was messy so I rather simplified the U.I. Though I guess it can be better. There is some info in the FAQ, though it is a bit short
