b Both test modes run only one set as of 2.1.8

Both "Testbench Forum Test" and "Everything Test" run only one set unlike before.

Also changing parameter "Number of Test Runs" seems to do nothing but I never tried it in earlier versions.

Yeah, that is intentionally.
Set 2 and 3 doesn't make any sense for elevated intersections. They are supposed to be harder and harder. But because of no crossings they are easier and easier.
I updated the forum aswell to only include set 1 for elevated
