When using this mod in conjunction with blueprint sandboxes you can literally teleport things from the lab to everywhere else.
And i dont think being able to send infinite legendary quality items as soon as you get teleporters is balanced.

The bigger issue here is that teleporters built on surfaces that are not valid destinations probably shouldn't be valid sources. I added a check for this, so teleporters built in blueprint sandboxes are no longer functional. The check is done at build time, so you'll have to mine and rebuild any current teleporters you don't want to be functional. The problem is fixed now though.
