When I open the teleporter is begins repeating

In the console window for as long as the teleporter window is open
In the teleporter's tooltip window the owners are: Telogistics > Sky's Simplified Space Age > Combat Mechanics Overhaul > Maraxis, but it kept doing it even after disabling those mods, after which i went ahead and disabled all mods except Telogistics and the DLC, and then it stopped doing it
Some modders understandibly don't bother with incompatibilities, so I'm asking in advance if you're willing to take a look at this issue, I'll go ahead and sweep through my mods and pinpoint which one is causing it
