Adds a defensive tower using the car's gun. Slow shooting and easily destroyed, but cheap, it is meant for early defense (no research required :D). Adds a later game Gatling Turret with extra high fire rate and some range boost over the standard gun turret of the base game. Has support for low resolution and high resolution graphics since all the graphics come from the base game. Also has support for Krastorio 2, wherein my turrets have buffed range to match the Krastorio 2 Gun Turret and are affected by the new damage and fire rate research options.

For a while now I have thought it would be cool to see the beautiful car gun sprite used in a more common, visible role. I saw that no one had a mod doing this so I set out to make it. I got it to work in mid July of 2020. I picked up worked on it again a couple of days ago (it's December 18 now) and figured I would clean it up a bit and release it to the public.

June 15, 2021. Added a mod setting for the Car Turret to use Krastorio 2 pistol ammo. The setting actually works now as of versions 1.0.2 and 1.1.35. It turns out that when checking a string, capitalization actually matters.

My update:

Space Exploration did a major update which removed / changed a lot of Krastorio 2 tech including the last tech for physical projectile damage. This update fixes that.
