Surfaces Have Temperature

Adds the 'Temperature' surface condition, allowing mods to forbid certain entities and recipes on planets based on their temperature. This mod does not affect gameplay by itself.

Included values

Like with distance measures between planets, these temperatures are milder than astrophysical values. They are 'game temperatures' in which the engineer might plausibly survive.
