Don't have Space Age.
Disabled all other mods and started a new game with standard settings.
Checked the box for random ore and fluid amounts placement in the mod settings.
Can't craft any Ore Placers (They don't show up in the menu), only Rocks, Trees, Erase and Check Resource.

What am I missing?

Create Resource Placers - if selected Resource Placers will be created.
