Allows for disabling of space connections via an in-game config.

Located in mod settings under "Startup", adds a new setting "Disabled Space Connections". You can list the space connections you wish to disable by their ID, separated by commas. (No spaces!)

For example: "nauvis-aquilo,fulgora-aquilo,nauvis-vulcanus" would disable connections from Nauvis to Aquilo, Fulgora to Aquilo, and Nauvis to Vulcanus.

However! Note the direction of the connection on the space map! If there is a connection FROM Vulcanus TO Aquilo that you wish to disable, it should be written as "vulcanus-aquilo", NOT "aquilo-vulcanus", because the connection, in this example, would be identified by the game as the former, not the latter.
