Changes:
- Adding setting to change the maximum length of the tank. Note that this does not affect the recipe. However, newly placed Snake BattleTanks will always be the current maximum length. If this setting is changed, overlength tanks will be shortened.
- Adding a difficulty setting for the recipe. This setting increases the product output of the recipe, making it easier to build the tank by drastically reducing the total resources required.
