The techs for range and diagonals are resetting on updating. The offset tech on the other hand is migrating just fine.
from what version to wich one, also from bob to smart inserters?
At least the last two updates including the latest (1.2.6). I did not switch from bobs inserters.
Fixed the bug thanks for the report, fix will come in 1.2.7 Note: This fix will not bring back the technology if the word was already updated
