i Regex!

There are two types of stations for my outposts: Those with 'service' in the name, and those with 'taxi' in the name.

I tried the filter 'taxi|service' hoping but 'No station found'.

I don't know how well Lua supports regex but I figure I'll ask anyways.

So what you are asking is if you can use | as an "or" in the filter? I'm not familiar with using regex matching, but I read a bit on it and according to this page on LUA Patterns it seems it's only possible for single characters, and what you are trying to do is shown as a limitation at the bottom

I may answer (as specialist of regex :) ): No, regex are not limited to one char. The concept is based on one char, but if you play with +,* or -, you may work on several chars. To catch different words separate with "|", use (%.-)|$
