- Only update size and intensity of characters' light sources if they have default settings.
- Change minimum_darkness of all of characters' light sources, rather than 1 and 2. This prevents
a crash if another mod removes one or both lightsources.
- Do not assume that tanks and cars have exactly 2 light sources, to play nicer with other mods.
- Added a faint "aura" of light to tank and car.
- Changed light parameters of character, lamps, burner tech, refineries and fires to be more moody.
- Uncharts the map at the start of the game.
- Settings moved from startup to runtime.
- Darkness updated to use new api
