i Too high energy drain in idle state

Hi, first of all thank you for your mod

Although I use it as a cosmetic searchlight only.
But with After Dark mod it makes enough sense.

For me, it feels that idle energy drain 0.3MW in a disabled state is too much.
In large bases when you have 50-100 searchlights you have 15-30MW energy usage, which is decent.
It makes little sense for that high usage when almost all searchlights just idle and do nothing.

I would suggest making searchlight energy drain the same as for laser turret.
It is just 24 kW in vanilla.

Thanks for the suggestion! I think I might make a "decorative" option in the future, it seems like a lot of people would like that
