Great mod with significant work inside. That's why I'm here - found myself creating small overhaul mod. If you made range/power consumption configurable (range-buffed turret fire rate penalty factor as multiplier will be great too), you could calculate buffed turret's version's range % boost and link penalty to it. "How much more length given to turret compared to it's basic abilities, that much less firerate to shoot more accurate, modified by some factor".

As result, player can easily configure power consumption/spotlight's max range, and it will automatically affect buffed turrets' firerate in some rational way (now it's fixed 30 times, man, thats bit strange choice IMO).
