g Sweeping speed

Is it possible to increase the sweeping speed of the searchlight? I think my biters are faster than in vanilla (I think it's Krastorio2's combat overhaul change) and that causes the searchlight to spend more time trying to catch up to a biter than actually targeting it. A lot of the time they don't fire at all, because the biters can run faster than the light is moving.

Thanks! I've only spent a couple of hours playing with your mod so far, but it's quickly becoming one of my favourites. Made hunting biters interesting again. :)

I've just released version 2.2.16 which now has a runtime option to support sweeping speed.
I'm guessing a value of 8 to 10 might work well with Krastorio2?
You can play around with it while the game is running, changes take effect as each searchlight reaches its "waypoint".
(Or you can pick them up and place them back down again).

The new version should start to appear in the mod portal shortly.
