I experienced this bug when trying to start a game with this mod and with Space is Fake.
It doesn't seem like resource_whitelist is actually used for anything, so simply removing that part of the condition might fix it.
Went ahead and removed it and nothing seemed to break. Let me know if that works!

I actually didn't end up starting that run, because I decided to try Only Nauvis instead. I'll do my best to break things anyway, though!
