Very simple mod that disables upgrade planner from changing any bulk inserter to a stack inserter. Will also work for modded inserter types. This will prevent deadlocks because stack inserters always wait until they get a full stack of items and frequently deadlock when multiple items are on the same belt/in the same chest/assembler.
