Space Exploration allows you to place particle accelerators on spaceships so you can unbottle antimatter/ion stream to refuel them internally from canisters, but disables those recipes when you land on a planet's surface. The same thing also occurs with thermal radiators and hypercoolers.

This just adds back the various particle accelerator/thermofluid cooling recipes back to the grounded variants so that they don't get reset every time you want to land on a planet.
