Allows combat robots that expire due to their lifespan ending to drop a shell that can be refilled to recreate the capsule, to decrease the end cost of using them as long as they aren't destroyed. Capsules take an identical number of empty shells to create as the capsule creates, so 1 for Defenders, 3 for Distractors, and 5 for Destroyers.

Also adds a new combat robot, the DU Defender. This is a Defender robot using uranium ammo instead of piercing rounds, for 3 times the damage output. All other stats are identical to the base Defender, so it can be rather fragile.
