Hello, was wondering if the tech upgrades for power and eff work? I took a screenshot before and after doing one of each of the tooltip in game. None of the listed stats changed and it's not listed on the "bonus" tab window. I have the Combat Mechanics Overhaul mod on that's showing it's editing it, if that matters. Link for you to look if you need it. Also on 2.1 beta, but the mods updated for that.

So not sure if just the UI not updating or the upgrades are busted? Stuff like damage updates, but that's base game.
