I don't know what happened but suddenly the turrets refuse to build anything. They repair and deconstruct just fine but they won't build. I was in the middle of placing brick over my entire city block when I started to have really bad lag. So I restarted the game, didn't work, restarted my computer and that worked but now they won't build at all.
