When placing a requester chest to supply repair turrets with repair packs, logistics robots will take repair packs from the repair turret and place them in the requester chest, which then feeds back into the repair turret, and then gets taken by to the requester chest by the logi robots again, infinitely.

I also laughed at myself the first time i made that loop and was like i am are dumb XD. I would like to point this out from the main page description, "The repair turrets require repair packs to work. If they don't have any in their own inventory, they will look for one in the logistic network, and it will be 'zooped' over the network, draining some electric energy on each hop." So no need for chest or inserter
