Realistic Reactors Revived deprecated

This mod adds a more realistic nuclear reactor, a breeder reactor and a cooling tower. The reactors are controllable via an integrated circuit interface, and have a dynamic output depending on their temperature. They need proper cooling, otherwise a nuclear meltdown will occur.

This is a revival of the Realistic Reactors mod for 1.1. It adds a realistic reactor with a circuit interface to control it. The reactor can melt down, leaving a radioactive ruin.

This version has several changes from previous version. The reactor is much larger, so that there can be 8 fluid connection points. The reactor produces almost 1GW electric (3GW thermal) and can be actively cooled using cooling towers. The reactor does not get a neighbor bonus. To operate, hook up a red or green wire, and send "[Reactor control] Start" and 100 "[Reactor control] Controls rods".

The reactor has control rods, which reduce the power output of the reactor by a percentage equal to the value. 100 means 100% power, 50 means 50%, 0 means 0% power (or shutdown), etc. The control rods take some time to move up and down. There are two signals, "[Reactor control] Control rods" to command the control rods to move and "[Reactor state] Control rods position" to detect where the rods are.

Send "[Reactor control] Scram" to shut down the reactor in an emergency. If the reactor reaches 1000C, it will explode, leaving a ruin. You can build a sarcophagus over the ruin to deal with the radioactivity. I replaced the sarcophagus graphic from a previous version of this mod with the graphic for the research lab.

There is also a breeder reactor.
