Realistic Reactors

Add realistic nuclear reactors including a breeder reactor type and cooling tower. The reactors must be controlled through integrated circuit interface signals. The thermal energy output is dynamic and depends on reactor core temperature. The reactors require sophisticated designs of their cooling system and heat-pipe network. If the operational conditions aren't met then a reactor core meltdown with dangerous consequences occurs

b possible issue with signal updating after scram

I noticed that sometimes, the reactor doesn't update it's signals. After some further testing, I THINK it might have to do with the scramming prosess. The reason I bring this up is because I wanted to make a reactor that doesn't insert more fuel than needed, and I tried several approaches to keeping one fuel cell in the reactor, and they all started failing at one point or another, usually when the scram was involved.
