Currently the high capacitor turbines and heat exchangers cost 10x the amount of resources, plus some additional cost. This means I have no use for the vanilla turbines and heat exchangers, and have to leave them in a chest.
I think the cost of high capacity buildings should be changed to cost 10x turbines/exchangers plus some iron rods, so I can upgrade the vanilla buildings into these.
