Adds a new way to produce energy through nuclear fusion. Fully compatible with K2, Angel's/Bob's, SE and IR2.

Due to the change in heat capacity of steam done by Krastorio 2, the basic heavy water recipe produces power instead of consuming it. The 199 units of steam (100 degrees) produce about 8MJ while the advanced electric boiler uses only 6MJ in that time.
